These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and 777mx ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") in relation to your access to and use of the 777mx platform located at 777mx.bio, including all associated online casino games, sports betting services, live dealer services, account management features, and payment services.

Please read this Agreement carefully and in its entirety before creating an account on 777mx. By registering an account, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use the platform after any published update to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in full. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements between You and 777mx, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. No variation or amendment of these Terms shall be binding unless published by 777mx in accordance with Section 14 of this Agreement.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

To register and maintain an account on 777mx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your participation would be unlawful.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from 777mx for Prohibited Activities.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility requirements are satisfied. You acknowledge that 777mx may conduct checks with third-party identity verification services. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

You may register only one account per individual. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering your 777mx account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 777mx immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, if such activity results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

777mx reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

777mx accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC20 network). All PKR transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 777mx account upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777mx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit (reverse withdrawal policy).
• Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal or before any withdrawal exceeding the KYC threshold amount.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of the associated real-money balance is permitted.
• 777mx reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests and may request supporting documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and may vary; 777mx is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

777mx may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, or loyalty rewards to Members. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms stated with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated with each bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games on 777mx contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements expire at a specified time. Expired bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Single Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your 777mx account at any given time.
• Abuse: 777mx reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus in cases where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed through abuse, exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.
• One Promotion Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per household, shared IP address, or shared device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that promotion and these general bonus conditions. If you do not wish to claim a bonus, contact 777mx support before your qualifying deposit is processed.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the 777mx platform:

• All bets, once confirmed, are final. 777mx will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet on request, except in cases where the Platform determines that an obvious system error or data feed failure has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error, data feed malfunction, or platform outage that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or casino game, 777mx reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on 777mx. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 777mx reserves the right to modify betting limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
• 777mx reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet at altered odds where the platform determines that manifest pricing errors, data errors, or corrupted feeds have occurred.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. 777mx cannot guarantee that odds displayed will be available at the moment a bet request is submitted; bets submitted during odds changes may be accepted at the revised price or declined, depending on platform settings applicable at the time.
• All casino game outcomes on 777mx are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical processes conducted by live dealers under studio conditions. 777mx does not influence individual game outcomes.

Game-specific rules applicable to individual casino titles, live casino tables, and sports betting markets are displayed within each respective game or market interface and form part of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777mx. A breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting bonus structures in a manner not consistent with normal play; or systematic bonus hunting.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any multiplayer game environment available on 777mx.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with the 777mx platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between 777mx and other platforms to guarantee profits irrespective of outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using 777mx for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain credits, winnings, or advantages to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Underage Access: Allowing or assisting a person under the age of 21 to access or use your 777mx account.

777mx is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered 777mx account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Increases to deposit limits take effect only after a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum allowable losses over a specified period. When reached, further wagering is automatically prevented until the period resets or a new limit is set.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the 777mx platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during active sessions displaying the duration of play and net win/loss position for the session.

777mx will honour all self-exclusion requests unconditionally. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering new accounts will be treated as a breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

All content on the 777mx platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, and audiovisual content — is the property of 777mx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from 777mx without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any element of the platform.
• Use 777mx's trademarks, brand names, or logos without prior written authorisation.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by 777mx and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777mx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures, whether or not foreseeable.
• Errors in odds, game data, results, or settlement caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays, errors, or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 777mx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the 777mx platform, its services, or these Terms is to discontinue your use of the platform.

777mx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions received from licensing authorities.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

Members may also voluntarily close their 777mx account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777mx holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to the dispute resolution process set out by the licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 777mx, the Member should first contact the 777mx support team, providing full details of the complaint. 777mx will endeavour to resolve all genuine disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Members may escalate the complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable gaming licence, as notified to Members on the platform.

777mx reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where any amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member, 777mx will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of the change by posting a notice on the platform or by other available means prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the 777mx platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision became effective. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically to remain informed of current Terms.
